Innovative technologies
For sustaining business

The global financial crisis really started to show its effects in the middle of 2007 and into 2008. Around the world stock markets have fallen, large financial institutions have collapsed or been bought out, and governments in even the wealthiest nations have had to come up with rescue packages to bail out their financial systems.

On the one hand many people are concerned that those responsible for the financial problems are the ones being bailed out, while on the other hand, a global financial meltdown will affect the livelihoods of almost everyone in an increasingly inter-connected world.

IT industry is not an exception and it also has been hit by the global financial crisis. Nevertheless, CEOs of many IT companies expressed confidence that innovative skills of the software engineers and IT professionals along with their ability to adapt to the rapidly changing situation in the markets around the world will help cushion the impact of the global economic meltdown on the industry. The same opinion has the CEOs of our company.

The only way out to survive in such a tough situation is to diversify products, activity and to optimize current expenses as possible. The present crisis is both a challenge and an opportunity for our company to consolidate its existing business and to find new partners.

In our work we are using the most innovative technologies such as:

  • Cloud computing is a style of computing in which dynamically scalable and often virtualized resources are provided as a service over the Internet. Users need not have knowledge of, expertise in, or control over the technology infrastructure in the "cloud" that supports them.
  • Software as a Service is a model of software deployment whereby a provider licenses an application to customers for use as a service on demand. SaaS software vendors may host the application on their own web servers or download the application to the consumer device, disabling it after use or after the on-demand contract expires. The on-demand function may be handled internally to share licenses within a firm or by a third-party application service provider (ASP) sharing licenses between firms.
  • Silverlight is a web application framework with a scope similar to Adobe Flash. Version 2, released in October 2008, brought additional interactivity features and support for .NET languages and development tools. Microsoft made the beta of Silverlight 3.0 available on March 18, 2009. The final version was released on July 9, 2009.
  • E-Learning (or sometimes Electronic Learning or eLearning) is a term which is commonly used, but does not have a common definition. Most frequently it seems to be used for web-based distance education, with no face-to-face interaction. However, also much broader definitions are common. For example, it may include all types of technology-enhanced learning (TEL), where technology is used to support the learning process.
  • Mobile software development (iPhone, Android, Blackberry, J2ME, Windows Mobile) is one of the most intensively growing sphere of business because nowadays mobile phone is not just a communication provider, but also a provider of functional services.
