Our client Strahovka.by Ltd. is the biggest insurance Belarus broker in the field of cars and life insurance.
Business Challenge
Till the moment of introduction of the system developed by the iTec Group, the client used external CRM systems. But such systems covered only a part of company’s questions. Very often employees had to perform routine work.
It was necessary to develop system of business automation which would cover all needs of the client – document circulation conducting, contracts management, CRM functions, financial calculations, making documents ready for print, statistics and reporting conducting.

iTec Group being based on its own product iTec Automation has developed system of the insurance company automation which has been successfully introduced in plant process.
