Project Goals and Objectives

Analysis and Design
We are absolutely sure that this step is an essential phase in the whole development process. We will cooperate with your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers (IDs) to formulate the particular needs and vision of the project. We will create an overall image of a "player" for your course and also make a stylish design of the screens that will be used to present your material in the future. We use documental and visual support during all the development process to be sure we are moving in the right direction. We will review storyboards, images, and any other assets you have compiled for use in this course.

This document formulates the characteristics, functions, interoperability requirements, and specifications for launching of the overall course.
Overall Project Plan
Once the goals are defined, we can start to develop the plan of the project itself illustrating our vision of how it will be completed.
Explanation of the steps in our life cycle
This phase includes clear explanation for everyone of the project’s priorities and key elements in order to eliminate all misunderstandings in the future. It will make the process of development smooth and clear.
Instructions about our change management system
We will use an issue tracking system to be able to follow all the changes in the project. We will be able to see how each fulfilled step will impact the overall project.
Design Usability
We consider that the best way to check whether we have developed appropriate design and layout for courses is to ask the opinion of the target audience representatives. We truly believe that it is easier to detect and correct any design flaw at the early stage of the development rather than pay higher price for mistakes in the future. We will work with your training team to manage this step. If we detect that any of the design elements were ambiguous, we will re-work the HLDD and take into consideration all recommendations.

The final document contains the overall functionality of the course and detailed description of how the projected will be implemented.
Prototype Construction
As soon as the planning stage is finished, we will start trying to put into practice all the developed ideas. The Prototype Construction phase allows us to convert our ideas into visible items and objects that have been determined earlier in our Analysis and Design phase. We possess a rich bank of screens that helps us to build and choose the most appropriate design to view the content. The key idea is to develop a demo version of the course that will explain our project comprehension. This is the most crucial stage of the development process because right here all the generated concepts are going out from paper to interactive presentation. It can be easily compared with the process of evolution!

A working prototype
This prototype should provide clear presentation of the ideas stated in the HLDD and act as a milestone for confirmation and sign-off. As far as it will be approved, we have a blue print for the remainder of the project.
Development

Change Management
Once we have launched the developed project we want you estimate our work. We just need your feedback! We introduce a change tracking system to carry out a screen by screen review of the course. We give you the possibility to detect changes and give recommendations to ensure that we are achieving the goal and meeting expectations. During this stage we will discuss possible changes and evaluate their impact on the overall project schedule. Changes are a matter of e-learning. There are very few courses that are created and launched without any change through the project life cycle. But we are ready to overcome these obstacles and develop project maximally easy-to-use!

Final Delivery
Having implemented all the revealed earlier changes, we turn to a Final Delivery/Sign-Off phase. During this stage you will have a possibility to review the final delivery. We consider our e-learning project closed as soon as it is approved, launched, and checked.
