ILT Meeting Organizer

ILT Meeting Organizer is powerful tool to control appointments making.

Using ILT Meeting Organizer teachers and students can easily make an appointment.

One proceeds to the Arrangement as follows:

• Teacher sets his timeframes available for a meeting;
• Student checks teachers’ schedule and makes an appointment with the teacher;
• Teacher receives meeting request. He can confirm meeting or reject it;
• Student receives information about confirmation or reject of his request.

Each meeting has the following parameters:

• Meeting title;
• Date frames;
• Meeting time;
• Meeting duration;
• Meeting type (personal, phone call, web, etc.).

ILT Meeting Organizer is developed for Java platform (1.5 and higher versions). ILT Meeting Organizer is similar to VLE Genius MeetingSignupGenius Building Block.

This Building Block is supported by both Blackboard Learn 8.0 and 9.0.
