Instructional Design
Instructional Design is a unique ability to present information in the most favorable for a learner way that helps to make the process of learning smoother. In general, Instructional Design consists of the following elements: identification of the desired learning and/or behavioral results; detection of the target audience level of knowledge and experience; and creation of a training course that will efficiently achieve the desired effects. Well done Instructional Design guarantees that money spent on training course development were spent not in vain.
iTec Group instructional design model is founded on the idea of ILT activities. ILT activities are those that involve the user and consequently it required the whole user's concentration and attention. Such activities guarantee that the user is fully involved in the learning process. ILT technologies facilitate the interaction with the learner and strive for promotion of a deeper comprehension of the information being represented. Using ILT methods of instruction users are more likely to learn the represented information and will apply it in real life.
iTec Group ILTG’s instructional design model starts with the Instructional System Design (ISD) model known as ADDIE (analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate). On its basis, iTec Group has developed and introduced the advanced instructional design and adult learning philosophies such as:
By combining the best instructional design models and adult learning theories, iTec Group’s instructional model gives us the possibility to enhance the learner’s understanding and retention.

Instructional Design (also called Instructional Systems Design (ISD)) is the widespread practice in e-learning activity which is used to maximize the efficiency of this process. Instructional Design includes detection of the current needs and demands of the learner, formulation of the final goal of instruction, and development of some "intervention" that will facilitate the transition. The final result of this instruction may be clearly visible and easily measurable or fully hidden and assumed. There is a great variety of instructional design models but the majority of them are founded on the ADDIE model with the phases analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
