Atlantic Link has grown from the UK office and now has a wide network of headquarters and resellers located all over the world.
Business Challenge
Being a big international company, Atlantic Link is working with a great number of clients all over the world and needs to carry out multiple daily support operations. In this prospective, iTec Group assist Atlantic Link in support carrying, as well as bug tracking and their correction. We also assist Atlantic Link in adapting their products to new industry standards (especially, for people with disabilities).
To meet these aims, iTec Group specialists had to dig into software code and afterwards correct or improve it which requires high qualification level.
Solution
iTec Group aim was to carry out daily support operations and products adaption to new industry standards. Actually, we worked on the following issues:

Content Point which is the world’s first remote authoring system for rapid and effective e-learning. The technology is based on the Microsoft .Net framework enabling true and secure server based collaborative development.

Capture Point is Atlantic Link’s unique tool for the automatic creation of online software training courses. The program runs alongside any IT application and accurately captures screens and all interactions.

Knowledge Point is a powerful Atlantic Link’s tool combined Learning and Content Management System for accessing online courses and learning results as well as maintaining courses and users in real-time mode.
