iTec Rent
First and foremost, any ERP-system is developed for a company’s accounting and resources administration. Nowadays there are many similar systems, but the majority of them have the same characteristic, that is time-consuming adjustment to the needs of Belarusian companies. iTec Group company decided to face with this problem and help Belarusian companies. It has developed a unique program specially adapted to the Belarusian legislation.
We decided to develop such a program that will simultaneously simplify the work of a manger, an accountant, a personnel officer, but mainly oriented at lease relations and real estate record.
“Rent” is the name of this unique program.
The main advantage of the developed product is that tariffs that will be used for the rental payments calculation since January 2009 according to the President’s Decree ¹518 “About rental issues and uncompensated property use” are already updated. When all the rest will recalculate rental payments with a help of calculators or will develop technical specification for programmers, you will be able to work according to the new standards with no losses. iTec Group is the first company that has introduced new tariffs into the program, there is no even similar products!

The program calculates automatically rental payments for each renter taking into consideration all the changes in the current period and also it forms primary documentation: accounts, acts of rendered services, fiscal bills.
Moreover, “Rent” is monitoring the balance of each client and is forming managerial reporting. The program makes clearing payments with renters, forms cash flow report, company’s balance, profit and loss report, budget.
