• Recording of contracts with clients (main columns will be already filled). Also it enables to form additional agreements to acts of rendered services;

• Formation of rental payments under rent contracts;

• To monitor automatically debts under rent contracts and calculation of penalty interest according to different factors;

• Automatic calculation of rental payments;

• The program can form standard report (lease relations report etc.)
