The standards we support
All our products are developed on the basis of the SEMI standards. It includes graphic interface, communication protocols with the host system, material management principles, operations with load ports and OHT, etc.
Products that we developed adhere to the following SEMI standards: E4, E5, E30, E32, E37, E39, E40, E41, E42, E53, E87, E94, E95, E98, E99, E109, E116, E118, E120, E121, E122, E123, E126, E128, E132, E134, E139, E142.

Software development
We develop all our software products using the most up-to-date Microsoft technologies: .net framework 3.0 using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. We use some extra modules to make the process easier and provide visualization. It simplifies greatly software support and modification.
The whole development process is strictly documented. Before the software design starts, we create specifications, which include all customer’s requirements, test sets and work planning. When detailed specification is formed, the development begins. Thanks to this approach, our customer is always aware of the process.
Software product
Graphic interface is developed according to the E95 standard. We also provide multilingual interface support for robotics exported to different countries of the world.

- Support of various databases enabling data search, filtration and file backup;
- Strong visualization of HMI;
- Users registration system and access rights;
- Operator’s and system’s actions log tracking;
- Monitoring of the connected devices and data exchange;
- Materials operations tracing.
To begin with the device simulator is developed by our specialists. Simulator enables to reproduce the practically whole logical process of interaction with device. It makes it possible to carry out tests during the development process with no use of equipment. This mechanism greatly reduces tests time.
The software we develop has wide configurational features. Practically all program elements can be configured, that is configuration of equipment communication, interaction with host, HMI, business projects logic etc. This approach permits to give quick and flexible respond to customers’ demands.
