Our client is the factory (Dynamic Micro Systems GmbH.) which carries out robotics for the semi-conductors industry.
Business Challenge
Dynamic Micro Systems creates robotics used for automation of manufacture of electronics processes on the basis of semiconductors. It was necessary to develop the software for equipment Reticle Stocker (includes set of the separate devices united in a complex). The equipment is intended for storage of masks used in semi-conductor components manufacturing process.
The software should correspond to following requirements:
• Possibility of work both with the robot entirely, and with each device of the complex separately;
• Several operating modes – system, local, management from a host;
• Communications with server and possibility to send reports to the server;
• Performance of the predetermined scenarios of work;
• Support of SEMI-standards E5, E30, E40, E94, E95, E109;
• High degree of reliability.
